    • A resolution passed by the board of directors to remove the director.

  2. Special Resolution

    • A special resolution passed in the general meeting (if applicable) for removal of the director.

  3. Notice of General Meeting

    • A notice for the meeting where the director’s removal will be discussed.

  4. Letter of Resignation (if applicable)

    • If the director is voluntarily resigning.

  5. Consent from the Director

    • A signed consent from the director agreeing to the removal (if applicable).

  6. Filing of Form DIR-12

    • Form DIR-12 filed with the Registrar of Companies (RoC) for the removal.

  7. Updated Board Composition

    • Updated list of directors and their details after removal.

  8. Director Identification Number (DIN) Surrender (if applicable)

    • If the director’s DIN is to be canceled post-removal.
