   • A statement showing the company’s inflow and outflow of cash (if applicable).

6. Directors? Report

   • The report prepared by the directors, outlining the company?s operations and financial performance.

7. Auditor’s Report

   • The auditor’s report certifying the correctness of the financial statements.

8. Signed Financial Statements

   • Financial statements signed by the authorized signatories (directors and auditors).

9. Annexures (if applicable)

   • Any additional documents or annexures related to the financials, like notes to accounts.
