5. Video/Offline Verification (as required by provider)

For Company/Organization:

1. PAN Card of Organization

2. Certificate of Incorporation

3. Company’s Address Proof

4. Board Resolution (for Class 3 DSC)

5. Authorized Signatory’s ID & Address Proof
