MGT-07  Annual Return Document Checklist

1. Board Resolution

   • A resolution passed by the board of directors for the approval of the annual return.

2. Form MGT-07

   • Duly filled form MGT-07, signed by the director or company secretary.

3. Certificate of Compliance

   • A certificate by the company secretary (if applicable), confirming compliance with applicable laws.

4. Details of Shareholders

   • List of shareholders with their details (name, address, shareholding, etc.).

5. Details of Directors

   • List of current directors with their details (name, address, director identification number).

6. Financial Statements

   • Balance sheet, profit & loss account, and cash flow statement (if applicable).

7. Disclosure of Interest by Directors

   • A disclosure of the interest of directors in the company, as per Section 184 of the Companies Act.

8. Shareholding Pattern

   • A summary of the company’s shareholding pattern, including the number of shares held by each shareholder.
