For Company / Agency:

1. Incorporation Certificate (for company) / Partnership Deed (for firms)

2. MOA & AOA (for companies)

3. PAN Card of the business

4. GST Registration Certificate

5. Proof of office address (Electricity bill/Rent agreement)

6. Registration under Shops & Establishment Act

7. ESIC and EPF Registration

8. Labour License (if applicable)

For Proprietor / Directors / Partners:

1. PAN Card & Aadhaar Card

2. Photographs (Passport-size)

3. Affidavit (stating no criminal record)

4. Residential Proof

5. Security Training Certificate (for at least one employee)

Other Requirements:

• Character verification from Police Department

• Uniform samples for guards

• Training manual and facilities details

• Application fee payment proof
