  5. Challan of Payment (Proof of Professional Tax payment)

For Companies/LLPs/Partnerships:

  1. PTEC Certificate

  2. PAN Card (of the business entity)

  3. GST Registration Certificate (if applicable)

  4. Certificate of Incorporation (for companies)

  5. Partnership Deed (for partnerships)

  6. Employee Details

    • Salary information, professional tax deduction details, and payment records

  7. Board Resolution (if the authorized signatory is filing on behalf of the company)

  8. Challan of Payment (Proof of Professional Tax payment)
