Two Wheeler License( Government Charges extra if applicable)

Documents Required for Two-Wheeler License:

1. Age Proof (any one of the following):

   • Birth Certificate

   • PAN Card

   • Passport

   • 10th Marksheet

2. Address Proof (any one of the following):

   • Aadhaar Card

   • Voter ID

   • Utility Bill (Electricity/Water)

   • Rental Agreement

   • Passport

3. Identity Proof (any one of the following):

   • Aadhaar Card

   • Voter ID

   • PAN Card

   • Passport

4. Passport Size Photographs (typically 24 recent photos)

5. Learner’s License (Mandatory before applying for permanent license)

6. Application Form (Form 2 for Learner’s License, Form 4 for Permanent License)

7. Medical Certificate (Form 1A  Required if applicant is above 40 years)

8. Fee Receipt  Proof of payment for license application.
