2. MSME Registration Number

   • Proof of MSME registration (Udyog Aadhaar or MSME certificate)

3. Trademark Class

   • Selection of the correct trademark class (from the 45 available classes)

4. Identity Proof of Applicant

   • Aadhaar Card / PAN Card of the applicant or authorized person

5. Power of Attorney

   • Signed by the authorized person if using a trademark attorney

6. Logo/Label (if applicable)

   • A high-quality image (in .jpg or .png format) of the logo/label (if applicable)

7. Business Activity Description

   • Description of the goods or services associated with the trademark

8. Date of First Use (if applicable)

   • Provide the date of first use if the trademark is already in use
